Quality of School Inclusion and Accessibility for Students with Disabilities and Developmental Disorders, with a Focus on the Use of Digital Technologies
The QISA project focuses on the quality of school inclusion (as perceived by teachers and observed in the classroom context) for students with disabilities and developmental disorders, with particular attention to the role of digital technologies in policies and practices that support the inclusion process in schools, from early childhood education to secondary school.
Project Objectives:
Provide an overview of teachers' attitudes toward inclusion, as well as the inclusive practices and strategies implemented, with a specific focus on the use of digital tools in early childhood, primary, and secondary education.
Study the relationship between teachers' attitudes, inclusive practices, and their sense of self-efficacy.
Outline a profile of an inclusive classroom by qualitatively exploring aspects such as accessibility, conscious space organization, communication strategies, group organization, relationships with families and other professionals, and outcome monitoring.
Collect data on the opportunities and barriers related to the use of digital tools in schools to develop strategies for implementing inclusive technologies.
